Stella’s vision blurred as tears began to fall uncontrollably.
“Is anything the matter?” Matthew asked worriedly as he wiped her tears.
Stella forced a smile and said, “I’m fine. It’s just the movie. It so touching.”
“I’m sorry. It’s all my fault. Why did I pick this movie? I’ll pick another one next time. I’m so sorry,” Matthew said, apologizing.
Stella, however, was still crying.
Matthew was in full panic mode by now. He had asked the internet about how to go about a date. He had read that after having dinner, they should watch a love movie to create a romantic atmosphere.
